Lezbično-feministična univerza in Afkors
v sredo, 30.5.2018 ob 20.00 v Afkors (Avtonomna Tovarna Rog, glavna stavba, 3. nadstropje).
Vabljene!

Lesbian-Feminist University and Afkors are inviting you
to an open debate on local femonationalism, that will occur
on Wednesday, May 30th from 20.00 to 22.00 at Afkors (Factory Rog, 3rd floor, main building).
An open debate will focus on femonationalism defined and analysed by a British sociologist and feminist Sara R. Farris. Femonationalism is a mobilisation for supposed women´s right, although in reality it appropriated and instrumentalises feminism for rasist, xenophobic and anti-Islamic campaigns and other goals to govern. Moreover, it furtherly rasialise fe/male migrants. This has been practiced by European right-wing nationalist parties, neoliberal parties, some neo/liberal feminists and bureaucratic agencies for gender equality.
The debate will focus on analysis and commentaries on the programmes of parties that will participate in forthcoming parliamentary elections. We will try to reveal paradoxes and dangers of served »solutions« for women* and migrant women*.
Welcome!
